James is one of the local theatre actors and often on the early morning front counter... The meal was fine, the poutine disgusting with the plop of cheese swimming in gravy. Strips were good. Some lady came out from behind the front counter and started screaming at the front workers . Was surprised that it was not the cleanest...tables dirty, floor dirty, bathroom unkept, etc. There was even a young man who looked like a bit of a transient sleeping at one of the tables.....looks like he was waiting for his device to charge. Was a...bit off-putting. Staff was 50-50. of the two I dealt with one was very happy and friendly and energetic and the other one just could not be bothered…. There were a few new people there, causing orders to get backed up quickly. The food was all fresh, and our orders made correctly.
