mostly a pub but the food was excellent. Smelled like a brewery but the food smelled wonderful. Service was okay and the food came quickly.

What a great place to go and enjoy a great beer and great food. The service was top notch. I would highly recommend Devil’s Bath Brewing.

This spot is great for casual dining. We had two varieties of pizza and an order of focaccia. All were excellent ! It’s not a quiet place but interesting decor. Menu limited - mostly pizza. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal there.

Great brewpub for lunch right by the harbour. Nice outdoor patio (weather permitting). The pizzas are quite large and offer some unusual and tasty options, like bulgogi and also jerk chicken. We enjoyed a flight of beer, pints and a glass of cider. Friendly staff...and relaxing, laid-back atmosphere attracts guests of all ages.recommended.More

The pizzas were interesting and excellent. Service was very friendly. Good vibe to the place. Wasn’t too crazy busy but must be hoppin’ in summer.

We were in need of good craft brew and pizza — we were entirely happy with the place. Of a dozen intriguing pizzas, we chose the off beat bulgogi Korean pizza : very good actually. We’d like even more kimchi if truth be told. Very...good Sour Cove and Old Red ale. Close to marina. Friendly and attentive staff. Great !More

Great friendly atmosphere and really very tasty pizza. We visited twice at the start of August 2023 and could not recommend highly enough. The only disappointment was that I was driving and could not try the beer.

Wow. Great beer. Even better pizza. Family run and very homey. We did not expect to find this here. Great find and very popular. Will very likely go back tonight.

Great atmosphere, beer and food. We had an IPA and a Wit beer. Shared a Cesar salad and a beef dip. Excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Had Devils Bath at the hotel we were staying at in Port Hardy, so had to stop in to add a growler to the collection. Filled with English IPA, enjoyed later that night. Next time will stop longer for a flight and bite to eat!

Great location near the water in Port McNeill. We enjoyed the pizza and the ceasar salad. The beer was decent- we enjoyed the sour and the hazy IPA. Reason for review being 4 rather than 5 star was service. Service was not very friendly or...attentive. A simple check on the table or note regarding wait times etc would have been appreciated- we had to flag them down to ask for anything. They never asked if we wanted another beer, and the kids pizza did not come with the rest of the order- about 10 minutes went by until we went and asked about it- they said it had been broken in the oven and were making another; it still took at least about 10-15 mins. We wondered why they wouldn’t have told us this when they dropped off the rest of the food, considering we had 4 impatient kids with us. I understand there are labour shortages, so perhaps this explains the service, but it wasn’t very busy. Overall a good experience, but the poor service soured it a bit.More

This is a great brewery. We stopped to fill a growler and buy beer while travelling to the north island, and they opened to fill our growlers while they were closed. Super friendly and great IPAs/brown. We really enjoyed the brews and hope to return...soon. Highly recommend for everyone going to the north island. Given it is a new(er) establishment, the quality of brewing is excellent.More

For our last dinner in Port McNeill, we went to Devil’s Bath. We were seated on a table just behind the front window overlooking the harbour, Malcom Island and further on the Canadian Coastal Range. We shared the hummus plate with focaccia and the Mediterranean...vegetarian pizza. Both dishes were served quickly and proved to be well prepared and tasty. The raspberry cider from Courtenay and the roiboos were also pretty good. Efficient and smiling service, reasonable prices.More

Monday night reservation for fifty for a retirement party. Called and later confirmed in person. Promised to have seating set up. Told it was not a problem. Showed up. The hostess and servers knew nothing. The owner was called and said they he didn't think...Monday was going to be busy, so he didn't plan anything. So we are now spread throughout the restaurant. Two servers and a host. Thirty minutes plus for service. Guests cancelled when they heard. Patrons cancelled orders when forgotten. Some of our colleagues commented that the servers seemed annoyed with the extra customers. This is just another of an unfortunate continuance of service issues here.More

A must-stop on your way to Holberg. The location has a great view, and the seating is nicely spaced out. The beer is made on-site, and the food is delish.
