This place has a very modest exterior. In fact it's hard to tell if they're open sometimes, but the attention to detail in their recipes and execution make it worth seeking out. It's a favourite lunch spot of mine. Ty has a creative sensibility in creating homemade soups, salads and flatbreads. There are also scones and other baked products from... More

Casual, order at the counter and they bring it to your table kind of place. Soups are always good, and they also have wraps and other lunch items. Good coffee and desserts.

Went there for lunch where I had a large soup and my partner had cheese/meat sandwich. Both were good and the price was reasonable. A good place for lunch

We went for lunch last month and had a nice lunch there of soup with flatbread. The flatbreads were tasty and well made. The soup came barely warm, so we sent it back to be heated up. My chicken soup was too peppery. The staff was very nice and it was pleasant and clean and welcoming. The flatbreads are great.... More

Nova and her team at Ty's Fine Foods and Bistro catered our wedding and it was such a success! Our guests from all over the world came up to us after the wedding and raved about the food. We enjoyed West Coast Salmon, wild mushroom rice and gourmet salads. Right from the beginning Nova was super helpful with set-up suggestions... More

I had the spicy black bean soup which was excellent and very inexpensive. My friend took something to go as it was so good. I'll visit for lunch more often.

This little eatery is an excellent find with a good humming atmosphere, excellent food, and great prices. They always have good soups and a great selection of flatbread pizza type of lunch specials. These flatbreads are healthy looking and a good variety of vegetable and meat selections depending on your eating style. They make excellent scones! They often have a... More

Wandered by this place and went in as it looked interesting. Fantastic food, various soup offerings, the yam with chipotle was amazing. All food made from scratch. We shared a roasted veggie and goats cheese flatbread, To die for. And they have local beer. A must if you are on the Sunshine Coast

We were on the coast last week for a hockey tournament and were browsing when we were drawn by this miraculous smell. So we followed our noses and found this cute urban Bistro in the heart of Sechelt. There were 6 choices of homemade soups and the special that day was cabbage rolls which everyone seemed to be there for.... More
