We had lunch here late in season. Staff was friendly and time to deliver food was in line with expectations. We had two lobsters with sides and both were great. Sitting outside is fine as they have plexiglass to block the wind and also some...small heaters. Beautiful views too!More

Casual, relaxed environment. The staff are friendly and the food is fantastic. The outdoor patio is sheltered from the wind and they have heaters to keep the chill off. The fish tacos and lobster roll are what we ordered and we both enjoyed our meal...very much. The homemade lemonade was delicious too. The art work by one of the family members that own the business is amazing. Lots of original art and prints. My sister left with a couple pieces. Very glad we stopped in. Would definitely go back.More

My wife and I were in New Brunswick to visit the Hopewell.Rocks and Fundy Nationsl Park. We stayed in a place a short wslk from the Alma Lobster Shop. The first day we visited we ordered a lobster roll combo with sweet potato fries. The...BOMB! It was so good we came back the next day and ordered two combos that time. Plenty of succulent Lobster on a toasted bun. The sweet potato fries are the best in North America! The combo can be yours for a reasonable C$23. Totally delicious!More

The food was not as I would expect for quality. The price was average. The environment was pleasant. IMO they were more focused on making money than service. (which is your money!)

Cute little local place on the water. Outdoor seating at picnic tables. Great prices for seafood and you can even have your picture taken next to the big lobster. I would have given 5 stars if chicken on the salad wasn't breaded. Delicious homemade lemonade...too. Lots of lobster on the lobster salad and seafood chowder was yummy!More

People and the service couldn't be nicer. They did say they have a new chef, so perhaps thing will improve. Lobster roll was good and fresh but a little overboard on the mayo. I like to taste my lobster. Spouse had the fish and chips...which while fresh, the batter was SO heavy, he had to pry out the fish to eat it. We did let the staff know our thoughts. That's when we discovered the chef was new. Wouldn't give up on it as food is fresh and prices are reasaonable.More

It's a small-ish restaurant. You can only eat in the outdoor seating provided. You order in the lobster shop, where they have a gift shop and where the rack of fresh lobster sits. Then you go and sit down outside. The restaurant closes at 7:30...pm. But you can sit and eat even after 7:30 has passed. They said you can eat out there for hours if you'd like. We ordered the lobster roll combo, the fried clams dinner and the special sweet chili shrimps and scallops dinner. With the sides of potato salad, coleslaw and spicy fries that came with our meals. Two of the meal sets came with a dinner roll and some butter. Food tasted good. The portions of the food were a bit on the small side, not enough to make one person full. We shared our food between each other. Total price for everything was about $95 for 3 people. We had our first lobster roll here, and it was pretty good. Was told that they have the best lobster rolls.More

There’s no indoor dining, you order your food inside and they bring it out when it’s ready. Having said that, the lady at the cash was super friendly and helpful. The dinning area is a covered patio, but there were so many flies it was...hard to enjoy our lobster. Lobster was great!More

Very casual outdoor dining. The best lobster roll of our week around the province. It was neat to view the lobster in the shop. We saw an 8.5lb in there.

On our road trip from Ontario to The Cabot, we thought we'd do a comparison of Lobster Rolls along the way. This place had no competition. Delicious at a reasonable price.

I had high expectations based on the ratings, but our meals this evening fell short. My heart s and had shrimp Alfredo, which was very good. I had the easy lobster dinner with fries. The lobster was plentiful but over cooked. Most of the pieces...were really chewy. The fries were crispy and good. My son ordered the lobster roll and chowder and ate very little of either. Again, the large pieces of lobster were tough to chew, and the flavour was mediocre. We also had the poutine. It was alright. Maybe we just got an overcooked lobster on an off night. The staff were friendly, and the location was nice. We sat outside with a view of the bay. Overall the experience was just alright. Next time I’ll be eating somewhere else.More

We stopped here on the way back from the Hopewell Rocks. It not only is a seafood shop but also a restaurant. We ordered a lobster roll and fried clam basket & fries. The lobster roll came in a nice soft bun and lobster meat...was in chunks with mayo and celery. The clams and fries were cooked perfect. They offer indoor seating or outside seating. We sat outside overlooking the bay at one of the many picnic tables provided. This place is dog friendly, has access directly to the beach, and prices are very reasonable.More
