Another wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our annual trip from Moncton to beautiful Caraquet to dine here was an outstanding success! The dishes were imaginative, flavourful and beautifully presented. Our server was delightful- knowledgeable and engaging! Truly a special treat to enjoy this establishment!!

My husband and I LOVED this restaurant. The food was spectacular in both taste and presentation. Our server was very professional, knowledgable and kind. Don't miss this place!!!! We will be back.

This is an amazing place…, we have been travelling around Atlantic Canada for 2 weeks now, and can honestly say this is the best restaurant we have eaten in. The whole tasting menu with wine pairing was a treat! Our waitress was so knowledgeable not only on the food but also on the wines they were serving alongside - she was even able to go ‘off piste’ and recommend a dessert wine!
We plan to visit Canada again next year to explore further and are seriously wondering how we can add in Caraquet just to eat here again!!

My family raved about this restaurant that they frequent, and I was blown away by my exceptional dining experience there with them yesterday. This was bar none the best meal that I have ever had. Phenomenal flavours, thoughtful and creative choices of local top notch fare, a passionate team, and a warm and friendly atmosphere were my experience. I invite the world to go here for a truly amazing culinary experience, amidst the beauty of northern New Brunswick.

I have been to this restaurant a dozen or more times over the past year, and it is always exceptional. They offer a tasting menu with wine pairing. Patrick, the sommelier, does a tremendous job selecting and pairing the wines. He, Valérie and Monique are the servers, and they are all knowledgeable, gracious and welcoming. They know what they are doing and they make each evening special. Ben and Jonathan, the two chefs, have an amazing facility with flavors and balance. Their sauces are so exceptional that my only complaint is that they do not usually offer bread to sop them up with. They combine ingredients in novel and effective ways. Each meal is truly a culinary adventure well worth taking, and well worth the price. If you are anywhere within driving range, you should make a point of spending and evening here. You will not regret it.
