Waitress was nice and attentive. Service was fast, but portions were tiny. I am a light eater, ordered the supper donair and had trouble finding any meat . Left hungry. I has a signature pizza, the ultimate! The pizza taste great! The low rating is due to price! It very pricey, most pizza you can get a 16” for around that price!
So we ordered a party pizza and we were unhappy with it as it was undercooked and overall just not good.We never usually have left over pizza as their are 5 of us but this one was very poor and we felt that we didnt...get what we paid for.So my fiance contacted the manager and after speaking to the manager we had our entire order replaced and am pleased to say they got it right this time around and the food was excellent.I wanted to edit my old review but tripadvisor doesnt allow that so im writing this new review to let people know that although we did have a bad experience,the manager of the restaraunt was completely apoligetic and stood behind his product and when we went to redeem our order the staff was amazing.Thank you very much pizza delight new castle.Would definately recommend this place as we ve been eating here for years and this was our first bad experience but i guess mistakes can happen and at least they took ownership of that mistake and corrected itMore
It is a chain, and we went to the one near Water Street. Had GF crust, but very thin and cost $2.99 extra. I had Mediterranean, but I thought it had white sauce and it had red sauce...veggies were raw, and spinach was a couple...of leaves which came out all together--couldn't bite through it. Ate so much from here in two weeks. This week I must take a break. I will return again, put on another 10pounds. Basically I am saying that the food here is good. Love pizza delight.
Really good taste, not skimpy on pizza toppings. Fast delivery. Almost completely happy. Try it you will like it. Free meal on birthday too.
Been at this restaurant twice already. Pizza and service is good. Now it is not the 5 star restaurant, but you will have a good meal for a reasonable price.
I pre ordered 2 super handheld donairs. I got put on hold for 10 minutes and was told that they will be ready in 30 minutes. As I entered I was given the cold shoulder by two waitresses and eventually got my donairs. We eat here every year, the night before the Miramichi Rock n' Run road race. The staff are nice and the pizza and pasta are good value.
On Friday nights starting at 430 they have buffet, and really not expensif, The food is very good and the service is excellent.
