PARK'S DAIRY BAR, Miramichi

I have recently been notified of a situation where two workers were incredibly rude to an elderly man with Alzheimer’s who thought the strawberry ice cream was cherry ice cream. This elderly man was not vicious or mean, he was confused and did not understand....It was very obvious that this man had some kind of disorder or illness that made him forgetful and confused. The workers proceeded to scream in his face and slam the glass door on him. His granddaughter went up to order his strawberry ice cream for him and they were also rude to her because they knew that she was with him. If parks lets their workers treat customers like this (especially the elderly), I will definitely not be supporting this business anymore!More

Good Ice Cream but ....

Love their soft serve ice cream bit find it very over priced. Not fussy on their food though. Had the burger platter and the hamburger meat seemed not so fresh. Don't expect service with a smile 🙄

An institution with our family.

We almost always stop for an ice cream when leaving the city for home. Wide variety of soft and hard ice creams, some peculiar combos e.g. orange/pineapple/banana! Always busy.

Goof burgers

Must stop for ice cream when leaving the city!

This place is a must stop for anyone in the family when leaving the city. Lots of soft ice cream choices plus the usual hamburgers etc. Mostly takeaway traffic but does have a small eat in area and an outside deck.

Best Cheeseburgers on the River!!

Really good takeout and ICECREAM!

This is a seasonal restaurant, serving mainly deep fried dishes like scallops, clams, fish & chips, chicken fingers but they do make a really good Hot Turkey sandwich. They have a really wide selection of frozen treats. Eat in or take out, CASH ONLY. Be...prepared for a line up on really hot days, but their ice cream treats are worth the wait. Oh, and they make their own waffle cones in house.More

Love this spot!

Look forward to its opening each April and always sad to see it close in September. The hamburgers are the best ever. Ice cream is yummy!! And the staff very friendly. Stop there frequently during the months it is open to the general public.

If you like burgers and you like onion ring and you like ice cream....eat here. Lots of soft serve ice cream creations offered. I stick to the gold old chocolate ripple (vanilla and chocolate swirl.) If you're in the mood for some greasy spoon grub,...this is your spot.More

A tradition that never disappoints

Park's was a summertime tradition with my family over 40 years ago and I still make it a point to drop by there when visiting each year. Everything is as it's always been (except the dining room has expanded). The staff are genuinely friendly and...the ice cream as always is the best on the river!More
