Love eating here when we can. Food is delicious and a great value. The atmosphere and staff are great and I can't say enough about Carman's. This is a St Stephen staple and worth a visit anytime you are in town.

The fish and chips were great. So fresh that the fish was very flakey and just melted in your mouth. The turkey salad was super. Roasted turkey - not pressed meat and the vegetables were very fresh with a nice sauce. The staff were so nice and friendly which is what we got used to in the Maritimes.

Went to Carman's Diner expecting an OK meal, but was very surprised at the Senior price menu. For $8 we had a lovely small portion dinner of Haddock for me and roast pork for my partner we also got a drink and dessert. The service was polite and attentive. The value excellent!

When we walked into Carman's Diner, we were taken back to our youth. The decor! The individual juke boxes on the table! The music selection! We were singing the songs as we were putting the coins into the juke box! Our waitress was very friendly and very helpful. Our food was excellent. The portion was amazing! And the price was... More
