What luck we found this place just randomly. We were hungry and I saw crepes on the sign and just assumed dessert crepes and coffee. Not so! We had carrot ginger soup, salmon crepe, croque monseiur sandwiches, strawberry rhubarb crumble and cheesecake. Yum!Cappucinno, silver needle white tea, & Darjeeling tea. Everything was Delicious and the service @ view was EXCELLENT.... More

We had been very disappointed in the food on our travels and happened to stop here it was great. The carrot ginger soup and Moroccan lentil was great. The sandwich was good. The only draw back is they take the last order at 5pm so not open for diner. Food was great

Our first stop in Bonavista was Neil's Yard. We spotted all of the whales out in the harbour and since it was raining we decided to duck in for a warm bowl of soup while still continuing to watch the whales. Both soups we tried were amazing. Highly recommend for a light lunch.

Can't speak for the food but it looked great! We just fueled up on coffee before viewing icebergs offshore. Also there are really fine crafts in this store.

We stopped by Neil's Yard at the suggestion of our B and B owner in Elliston. The setting cannot be beat and the architecture of the cafe is so airy and light and gorgeous. We had a great meal of crepes, quiche, salad using crispy local greens, and the best espresso drinks we had during the entire 2 week trip!... More

This is a brilliant little spot in a cozy and cool historical building right on the bay where you can enjoy the best espresso/cappuccino and a variety of delicious, freshly prepped dishes with a tiny bit of French flair. We ate there multiple times while watching the whales and learning from Neil, the owner. Crepes (main course and desert) were... More
