We each had the lobster dinner; the lobster was cooked perfectly. We shared mussles prior to that which also were great. Fun atmosphere, and can have a beer with your meal as well. The sides were not much to write home about, but the breads...More

Very enjoyable stop. The staff was friendly. The lobster and crab were great. Good views of the harbor. Location was good as you could walk from many hotels.

We enjoyed all you can eat Seafood Chowder and Mussels in wine sauce, plus Lobster or Crab w/butter served with 3 salads (so-so and kind of bland), plus a huge dessert of your choice. We had Coconut Cream and Lemon Merengue Pies. Yum! All this...More

Best mussels and lobster sitting. Wait staff is cordial and the place is clean. Includes salad or soup, buckets of mussels, steamed and fresh.

I love Mussels and when I arrived I had to order the full bucket. Prior to the meal warm rolls arrived and I had my fill of those. The mussels were a great order for those that can eat them endlessly (as can I). You...More

Great service, great food. Order the special, it is a better deal than ordering an entree and having to pay extra for coffee/tea and dessert. The mussels and chowder are endless. Three plates of mussels and three cups of chowder. Highly recommend this spot!

Considering the crowd present when we arrived, we were served fairly quickly and, although the lobster was somewhat small, it was very tasty. Couldn't leave Nova Scotia without experiencing at least one!!

Anxious to have an "authentic" lobster supper" in Baddeck, we were very disappointed in not only how commercialized the operation was, but how mediocre the fare was. The lobster alone was as good as one could reproduce by buying in a grocer and warming up!...More

Hubby had a heaping bowl full of mussels that resembled Northwest Oregon/Washington butter clams. we though. They were delicious, as promised. I had a wonderful slab of salmon that had the most delicious flavor. Usually I just like grilled king salmon. This wasnʻt king salmon...More

I don't know. I know that they catch all their lobster in a very narrow season and then serve them the rest of the year. I don't know whether the same is true of the crab.
