I'm a second generation customer of Ancaster Pizza. I've long considered it some damn good pizza. Not too oily, tasty sauce, well made. I'm not sure if there is new management, or if some other change has happened, but our most recent orders have been poor. First problem was a mistake on our order. Not a big deal in itself, everyone makes mistakes. But when I was told that they wouldn't correct the order at no-charge I politely said that was unreasonable. After that they did correct the order at no charge, but still - there shouldn't have been a question. If this is all that had happened I would have let it go. However, on our most recent order we were delivered an obviously burnt pizza. What kind of restaurant delivers a burnt pizza? How is it that no one thought to say, "Hey, this is burnt, we should remake it!" To me it shows a disrespect for their customers and I am no longer a customer. I will gladly eaty a greasy Domino's pizza over a burnt one from these guys. I didn't even bother calling them to complain. I hope they recover from the recent issues, but we are done with them for now.

This is our second or third time eating at this location and have not been disappointed. A bit of a sports bar but nothing overpowering. This time, we sat on the open air patio and it was beautiful and roomy. Tried their new Hawaiian Pizza with grilled pineapple and prosuitto and it was the best pizza. It had a honey garlic sauce on it instead of tomato sauce which I absolutely loved. The flavour was so different. A must try for anyone who likes the sweet and sour taste. Waitresses were very friendly.

I'm really impressed with Ancaster Pizza!

As a pizza fan, I tend to gravitate toward more "Mom and Pop" type of pizza restaurants. Some of the corporate pizza places in Ancaster are alright but I'd have to say Ancaster Pizza is the best in town. The place is run by a hard-working family and they have excellent customer service skills. There pricing is very competitive and the pizza quality is on point. The walk-in specials are a really good deal. Ancaster Pizza is my go-to pizza place in Ancaster!

We used to get pizza from them all the time(once every two weeks).Last time we ordered from them (this was about two years ago) we had an issue with delivery. They told us it will be about 45 minutes. It was more than an hour and a half, since then we've been getting pizza from Pizza Nova(a bit more money but never an issue with delivery or quality). Don't know why but we decided give them a try again last night. They told us that it will be about 45 minutes for pick-up. Not too bad considering how busy other places were. After 45 minutes i went to pick it up. It wasn't ready. They said it will be 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes I asked if it's ready. They responded that the pizzas are in the oven and they are almost ready. waited another 15 minutes. Finally they were ready. I paid and was almost on my way, but not before I looked inside the boxes. It wasn't what we ordered. Had to wait again. At that moment I just wanted to leave since it started getting busy inside the store(forget about the 2m distancing). Almost an hour and a half later I was on my way. The pizzas were OK but very thin, I guess you get what you pay. We didn't order thin crust but that's how they make them now. I'm not the one to complain about everything in the world but all they had to say is that it will be more than an hour so I wouldn't have to wait that long inside the store.

Ancaster Pizza - No Plant based Cheese

As this company does not cater to vegans or those on a plant based diet I will never order from them and will recommend to friends that they order pizza from other pizza providers who cater to everyone.

Fantastic pizza

We don't eat a lot of pizza, since finding Ancaster Pizza we find we are eating more pizza. We particularly like the garlic sauce

Best mom and pop pizza joint around!

If we are having pizza this is our go to place. The pizza is always very good and even when we just go in for a slice it is always deish. I have no problem recommending this place. I love their dipping sauce for the pizza too. I also recommend the wings and potato wedges as well. Bon appetit!

Always tried the competition but a change was in coming, so we tried there XL combo with wings. Wings where popular with the kids and the pizza was good. Crust was a big thick but good. Will visit again

We didn’t want to go out in the ice storm we just had so we called for a pizza hoping they would deliver because the roads were really bad, We ordered the two medium deal with wings and wedges. Well not only did they deliver but the meal was amazing, We always have good food from here but this was really really good, everything was hot and so tasty, very pleased.

We ordered for pick up. Great service and exactly what we ordered. We ate at home but you can eat in too. Crust and sauce was very good - lots of flavor. A must try!

Extreme cheese please!

This is our Ancaster pizza spot. Great pizza and done for pickup when promised on drive home from work. Centrally located in town, away from the crazy busy malls at either end of Ancaster. Get the extreme cheese for a nice flavor change.
