I have been a regular customer of Shawarma Land for a few years and have never been disappointed! It is a family run business where the food is always fresh, portions are very generous and the staff are speedy & always working hard to satisfy customer requests. often order here for group meeting, falafel, hummus , pitas, salad, all have been good and tasty. always wrap it up so Its convenient for me to take it to my car and they help me to the car. Portions are generous. price is good

For less than a fast food combo you can get a fresh and healthy shawarma here. I loved my falafel wrap. Wasn't a fan of the vine leaf (tasted like canned vine leaf)

This is my 3rd try at schwarmland. The 1st 2 were unsuccessful. While the place seems very busy Social distancing was not being adhered to. The server had his mask below his nose on 2 occasions on the one minute I was in the building. I turned around and walked out.

This is the place for shawarma, giant salads and hummus. The guys who work here are fun and friendly. The portions are large and food is delicious. It's not the cheapest place, but the food is great.

The food is great - always tasty and good value for the meal (amount vs price). The guys there, think it is the owner and his son, are such nice people, always pleasant. The restaurant is on the smaller side, really caters to takeout/delivery, but there are eat in options.

Shwarmaland is a great option for “fast food” when you don’t feel like cooking or your short on time! Although it’s always busy there, service is usually quite quick!
We usually get the chicken or beef shawarma dinner platter and we always have enough for dinner and usually the next day’s lunch too which is awesome! Meats, toppings, salads, hummus and rice are always great. However I would have to say although I enjoy the potatoes it’s often hit or miss if they are cooked well or overdone and dry...that would be my only negative for inconsistency.
On the whole I’d say it’s very good value for the money and we have definitely been and will continue to be, repeat customers!

Shwarmaland is hands-down the best Mediterranean restaurant in the Newmarket aurora area. The food is very flavorful (although a touch too much salt at times), The portions are very large and they know how to move a large group of customers quickly. The owners are extremely friendly and take pride in the food they serve, do yourself a favor and try it, you’ll be back.
