Amazing food and service A pleasant surprise visitor arrived in the evening. Time to urgently arrange for food. Walk into Zauq, welcomed by AsSalaam-u-Alaikum, and served promptly with many choices and package. Great service. Guests were very happy with the quality of food. Strongly recommend.
We go to Zauq’s every time we are in Milton and are always blown away with how good the food is. We love their samosas and butter chicken!!
Poor quality food. Far too much salt: note to cook ... salt IS not flavour. Hadn’t been in over a year. Won’t be back .... ever.
Terrible food - stale and tasteless. The snacks were, God knows, how many days old. Unappetizing and waste of money.
Rotten food, no taste, cold food, third class customer service, complete wastage of time and money, above all customer service is brutal, they do not even accept anything and argue instead, what a waste it is ..... Silver Spoon is way better

Whenever I'm craving a good Kebab roll, this is the place I call. I've had many kebab rolls in the GTA and this particular place has the best. I can always rely on getting it fresh and ready in 15 minutes after I call. Great...kebab wrapped in tandoori naan with some sauce. I've also done catering from Zauq and purchased for an organization as well as for home, and food quality has always been great. Service could use improvement if they added more staff to the front. One person running around can cause heave delays in getting food.More
June 9th experience, paid 8.99 for 2 small pcs of meat and the lady almost forgot to give me my Naan. Only after asking she gave it to me. Silver spoon gives you at least 4 big pcs. Never again!!! Please watch the server I...was distracted by my kid.More
We had bad experience at cafe zauq for catering for iftar food. They don't have respect for people time. And they don't fulfil their promises. They have no customer service. I would never go back agsin9
Since the new management has taken over, the ambiance, customer service and customer experience has improved drastically. Pricing of some items have gone up slightly, but that's because they have nan included in that price. Overall quality and taste of food has not dropped and...has been fairly consistent which is great. Their daily specials are also great.More
We ordered catering from Cafe Zauq (Milton location) for an event and the food was delivered extremely late, with no explanation, no apologies from the staff. The food was to be delivered at 1:30 p.m. and was delivered at 2:45 p.m. The lunch event was...scheduled from 12 - 3pm so many of the guests weren't able to stay to enjoy the food when it did arrive. Extremely embarrassing for a host! On top of being unacceptably late the staff neither apologized nor showed any remorse. Worst customer service experience I have had in a while. I would not recommend this place for catering an event.More
The food at this take-out place was always great, consistent taste, big portions and reasonable prices. The management has recently changed and I noticed some positive changes due to that. The best thing is that parathas are now available! Before you could only get them...with a big catering order but this time they said it's on the everyday menu now which is awesome! They compliment their delicious seekh kababs beautifully Plus a HUGE difference in customer service! Lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful so was the gentlemen she said is the new owner. I love their beef samosa... But their meat items to go are big-time ripoff!!! You get only 3-4 pieces of dark meat and LOTs of sauce to full up box :) hey guys, be reasonable.... Don't bother eating here, it is not authentic! I wanted to try as i normally go to bomb bay grill on main street because it is closer and i hadn't tried it yet. BAD MISTAKE! Not going to talk poorly about the food. But do...your self a favour go over to bomb bay grill on main street and you will not be disappointed!!!More
I visited cafe zauq to buy briyani also got spoons n plates so that we can eat in the vehicle... briyani was cold like ice. .when i got back to them. ..this young man start arguing instead of listening to my concern. He was very...rude but other guy showed and he was humble and he warm the food for me. In have one star just for older person otherwise this would have been "zero" This young fellow should change his behavior he is such a rude guy omg...we are customers and they should treat us like one....More
