The food quality is not very good. The steaks were tough, the service was slow and the meals came to us a little cold. This happened more than one occasion. The best thing on the menu is the burger which is not the healthiest item...if you are looking for healty eating. We no longer go to this restaurant. after experiencing too many issues.More

I understand everyone is stressed and things are not the same as were before this virus but we are sick of not being able to go out and socialize and have fun ... so now just things started to open we decided to go out...for dinner... we had to wait for a table what it was supposed to be 1-15 minutes and we were ok with that because it’s only 10 people limit... first we put our name and we said 4 people but the waitress put 2 people on the list instead... ok then it was another half hour later... how do you mess that up ? It’s not like it’s was so busy you literally have 6-7 people that you have inside and you had someone helping with running the food ... Ok ... then we had the order taken what I realized she wasn’t taking notes, I knew she won’t remember 4 orders... so food comes nothing was right and forgot some of the food that we ordered.. I had to go and ask her to come and let her know that some food was missing... and I did say to her maybe next time you should take notes what people order ... she just walked way ! Great! If you don’t like your job maybe someone else would love your job ... in that industry you need personality, smile and treat people like you would like to be treated if you were being served... !More

Went to Chuck's roadhouse recently had a steak and it was perfectly cooked great flavour great temperature wonderful this place cooks a mean steak

Been twice. Was surprised, despite low expectations the first go. Food was reasonably well cooked with decent quality. Second time was completely brutal. All in all, I would mot recommend this restaurant. Places like Kelseys are consistent with better value and better food quality. I...will not go back to Chuck’sMore

I called in my takeout order for lunch and warned the girl I would be about 30 minutes until I could get there, she said she would put my order in then. When I arrived I was told my order would be ready and out...doon, after waiting for 20 minutes, the bartender informed me not only was my order not ready she hadn't even placed it with the kitchen, and then she blamed be for saying I would be half an hour.More

We have our team visit here every week. It’s always five star service and the best 🥩 and 🍔 Cold beer too. Love this locations.

This place had the worst service ever. Went over with a friend of mine and it took the waitress over 20 mins to bring us a beer. We didn't end up going anywhere else since we had taken an uber over. The Place was dead....Waitresses chit chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. We Will never be going back!!!!More

Visited Nov 21, 2019. Not very busy, seated immediately. Our server was attentive and our meals arrived in a timely matter. That said, the roast beef sandwich was passable. Expected sliced roast beef but it was "hunks" of meat that looked like it was being...prepared to shred as in shredded pork. The au jus served with it was very very salty. Smoked meat sandwich was tasty but very greasy. Looks like it was fried on the grill to warm it up. Not the way Smoked Meat is to be served. The fries the came with our orders tasted stale, as if they had cooled and rewarmed. Now to be fair, we dined here several months ago on a very busy night. My wife has a disability and the front desk staff looked after us very promptly. We had steak, steak and lobster and both meals were very good. Server was very busy but meals arrived in an acceptable period given how busy the restaurant was that night. It would rate excellent. My bad for not posting the review at that time. We will give them another chance but most likely will stay with the signature steak or ribs options.More

Tried to go to St Louis Bar & Grill but after seating ourselves, getting no service, asking for service and ignored we left after more then 10 minutes of waiting. Arrived at Chuck's to a friendly greeting. We were greeted, seated and enjoying our drinks...in 5 minutes. Food was as usual fine, service was as usual awesome and the price is very good. Ribs and wings were fantastic.More

Not much going on here, cheap beer to lure fine patrons in with the hopes of fine food. Hopes vanish quickly.

Went there dispute the reviews, which proved to be correct. Service is slow, hit and miss on getting what you order and as stated, what in hell is with a 3% good food charge, which is added to your bill and then taxed on it??...Ordered plain burger. I was told it comes with fries, or I could have a side salad. I was not told dispute it’s puny size, it was an extra two dollars. Asked for balsamic dressing and got Italian. Asked for a glass of water that was never delivered, nor no apology as the waitress clearly forgot. Ordered tea which came luke warm in a tea pot that is poorly designed and spills half into the table. Bar area has no barriers so that the over served noisy patrons yelling can be heard throughout the restaurant. Went once won’t ever be back, too many better restaurants in town that provide better food and service and don’t nickel and dime you for minor changes.More
