We were driving through Orangeville yesterday and we drove by this pub and by the sign it sounds like a really good place to eat chef inspired all local ingredients blah blah blah Looked inviting so we went in and we saw escargots on the...menu and decided to get one each. Well they came to her table completely dry the cheese wasn’t melted and there’s a couple pieces of bread on the side to dip into what?? They were pretty bad and it’s not hard to cook escargot. Then our mains came I wasn’t very hungry so I ordered a plate of fries and they were really good but my friend chose the liver and onions. Bacon wasn’t cooked there was no gravy and it really didn’t taste that good but we got charged for the gravy who serves liver and onions without gravy. It was a definite letdown After hours on the road looking for a good meal we will definitely not going back. With tip two beers one entrée two appetizers and a plate of fries $110. Went there today after a nice day of cruising on the motobike with my wife. We were parched, and so looking forward to some cold drinks and a good meal. It was not very busy and we were shown to a table on the deck....We were given menus and ordered non alcoholic drinks, I don't drink and drive. During the next 25 minutes, the server looked after several other tables that arrive after us, brought them their drinks, took their orders, brought them their orders, and simply ignored us.After 15 minites, still waiting for our drinks, we walked out. Ended up finding a nearby place that seemed to far more interested in providing us drinks and a nice meal. Considering that these places will rely heavily on repeat business in the next few months after the long shut down, this is one place that will never see a penny of my money.
