Just had the calf's liver tonight from Forage take out as they are closed during this omicron explosion. This restaurant is by far and wide the best in Orangeville. Absolutely melt in your mouth dinner and the seafood curry is a close second. Go there!

The smoked yam soup was yummy. The tomato on the seafood linguine was more broth than sauce. The scallops and shrimp were overcooked. Neither fresh black pepper or fresh parmesan were offered. The shrimp and scsllop curry was perfection - lots of flavour and colour....Servings were generous and presentation was attractive. The key lime pie was missing the limes.More

Went here after not having gone for a year or two, to have a nice dinner out with friends. It's not what I remembered. My dinner was ok but my wife's was very disappointing. Her steak was full of gristle and tough to chew throughout....And her scalloped potatoes... Sigh, they're not at all like they used to be. They used to be extremely thinly-cut and absolutely delicious. Now the potatoes are thickly-cut and the dish itself is runny. She was most looking forward to this part of her dinner but ended up with something like I can massacre at home. I assume the kitchen staff has changed because the gentleman who was the fixture of the kitchen when we used to go was not there. I begrudgingly paid the large bill, but won't again anytime soon.More

Second time now, seated in the back booth. Waited too long before drinks were offered. No bread while we waited for the food. The food was good, but sorry, not worth the wait. There are other options.

The atmosphere was very friendly throughout our meal, although we lingered a little and chatted, there was never any feeling of being rushed out even though it was a Friday night. The portions are very ample and filling so be careful what you order. Had...to take some home for sure. Food was of high quality and thoughtfully prepared.More

My girlfriend and I took an impromptu getaway for one night to the lovely town of Orangeville. Our B&B host sent me some dining suggestions and urged me to reserve ASAP. We totally lucked out with the last table at 7 pm! The restaurant is...in a strip plaza, so I wasn’t expecting much; however, the food was absolutely wonderful and the server truly warm and friendly! I plan to take my husband back to this foodie haven! The salad with cashew hummus and miso dressing were memorable!!!! This restaurant has a fantastic kitchen. We ordered 2 take out meals. Both were as good as they have been when we could still eat inside the restaurant. Incredible gado gado and chicken Marsala. Very generous portions...and decadent desserts - key lime pie and chocolate mousse.

We recently had a late lunch here and overall a great experience. Nicola and Debbie were just great and kept zooming around always ensuring we were looked after well. I ordered the Lamb Shank which was amazing. Very well done.

Cute little restaurant with excellent service. Food was great. My husband had the Seafood Stew and I had the Ravioli. They were both great. We had Pecan pie for dessert, like no other pecan pie I have ever had, not too sweet, made from scratch....We will return.More

We were staying at Hockley Valley Resort and a local friend had made reservations for the terrace at Forage for 7:30pm Friday night, due to the Covid-19 restrictions. Then the thunderstorms hit and quite literally and figuratively wash away all hopes of dining "alfresco". Undaunted...the staff converted our dining choices into "take away" status, and we picked up and retreated to our friends home that was spectacular(the meal not the home-sorry Peter). We order a series of appetizers and two main courses along with the foccacia tampenade. Seafood linguine was terrific as was the Shrimp and scallop curry. Kudos to the friendly staff and Matthew and for delicious, reasonably price, expertly prepared and unforgettable meal. Many thanks. This place is a jewel and cannot recommend highly enough with words. To dine there is to die for.More

Nice restaurant great service,staff are friendly. Food was well presented and prepared. Good value for money. We will make this a regular place when in town. 👍
