Hello We pre-ordered food to be ready at 7pm as the person on the counter suggusted. It was New Years Eve and we know they all always busy so I took the inititive to call them at 1615PM{New Years Eve} and the administrator memotioned that...most of the ordereds for 7pm are already out and ready. I assssssssssked how that could be as the order was not ssuppose to be ready uintil 7pm. I got no real explanation why but I ask my wife to please go get the dinner. When my wife returned with dinner. which was a 1omin drive we opened all the bags and the food was cold! I quickly called them back aand the answer I got from everyone at the restaurant that it was impossible. One gentlemen did return my call saying it was impossible for the food to be cold and that I could return my food and he would return my $100.00 I spent but had no answer on what I would do to feed my family and guests. I am not disliking this restaurant for their food quality, I am truely upset that if they ran ahead of schedule with my food order why couldn't the people running the front counter call each ccustomer and say "your ordr is ready" come get it ASAP please. My wife did memtion too that when she picked up our food at 630pm, there were bags of chinese food everywhere ready to be picked up aand getting cold. I can rest asure their were many other other customers that received cold food last night.More

I...no apology will never order from this establishment again. I went in and pre-ordered my dinner, I was there at noon and wanted to pick up at 5, they took my money and assure me it woukd be fine. I walked in at 5 and...even though it was pre-ordered they put my order in line with alk the others. I receied my food at 6:15 No apology. If you are bnot going to adhere to the times agreed then you should not be accepting pre-orders. ShamefulMore

Pre-ordered dinner on the 23rd of December for pick up the 24th @ 5:30 pm. order was delayed due to demand of orders, told an extra half hour wait, no problem, over an hour later told our order was "somehow misplaced" cancelled order and had...to serve Kraft Dinner to our 5 & 8 year old for their Christmas Dinner with their father (recently divorced). Called to speak with the manager today and was told it was not his problem since they were so busy! Didn't even apologize.More

We came upon this restaurant by chance. What a find we found. The food is sooooooo yummy. It's always hot and fresh when we pick it up. Only thing is, they don't deliver. But otherwise a great place to order from

We always get take out here as we've never been disappointed in over 10 years of tasting their delicious dinners. Perhaps one day we'll eat in, but I do like the leftovers for lunches. :)

My only go to chinese restaurant take out for me in Orangeville . Very tasty , good size portions , fair pricing . Best egg rolls ! Try their Szechuan orange beef or chicken . John

We stop here on our way home from the cottage and usually get a pad thai (8.50!) and 1 of their combo lunch specials for later. Food is always exceptional and plentiful and the place is always clean and neat as a pin. Service is...always prompt and friendly. Always a steady flow of customers. A must try. This place is by far the best chinese in the town.It is a landmark the owners should be proud of the place and staff.

Grumpy young girl without a smile...average food. The eat in area was sterile. Paper plates. Nothing authentic...food churn out....not an evening out.

For a family gathering we normally order from here. A combo for 5 plus couple sides will feed us(8 adults plus 2 kids) with leftovers. The food is ok nothing special. They make sure you have lots of sauces. And it’s fast. Overall normal Chinese...style food.More

Guest wok has been in Orangeville for well over ten years and has always been fresh and well seasoned. With the addition of so many restaurants over the years it is obvious they aren’t as busy as they were years ago, but that is no...reflection in the quality of their food. Recently they added a dining room but I have yet to see anyone use it.More

Our family has been ordering from Guest Wok for over 10 years back when their menus were on green paper. They've upped their prices more than once in the last year alone. Ten years ago their egg rolls were 80 cents, then we saw them...be $1, then 1.20. Last year their egg rolls were about 1.60. Tonight we called in an order and when the price was high the worker broke it down for us and turned out the egg rolls are now 1.80. They've gradually upped just about everything on the menu. A dollar here, a dollar there. Our order ended up being more than 7 dollars above what we calculated using a menu we had of theirs from just a few months ago. We ended up cancelling the order and don't know if we'll come back because at these prices we may as well just drive to The Mandarin.More
