Always great service. They treat you great, when we walk in they know what we want. Food is great, good selection and well prepared.

Service was poor. Food was okay but not great. Low quality meat for kids hamburger that tasted weird. Will never go to Pickering location again. Whitby location is way better.
We went to pick up takeout and since passports were lifted were thinking of dining in soon. We were given the new revised menu. We were shocked to see alot of regular/favourite dishes were removed. All thats on there are hamburger, fries and wings. I...mean who can eat that 2 to 3 times a week if you wanted to go there that often. Being a regular customer I'm offended. So they increase their prices understandable but now taking dishes off menu AND THEIR NOW DOWNSIZING PORTIONS TOO. Its the height of creed, now their opening another location besides Pickering, Stouffville and Whitby. And they'll use Covid as an excuse for these changes?? What about years of fat times??? Save your money and time as there are other pubs out there that will appreciate regular customers. It should be about getting your regular customers back and getting new customers in. Kitchen going downhill.More
Quite possibly the most tasteless food I've ever eaten. We had heard their wings were good - not so much. 3 orders, different sauces, all equally tasteless. If you breathed in really deeply through your nose just as you took a bite, you could kind...of pick up a whiff of the intended flavor. The texture gave us the impression the wings had been boiled. Even the veggie sticks (extra $) were tasteless - I have no doubt they were soaking in water for hours/days before we got them. Major disappointment.More
Had lunch with a friend on the patio. It's a small, but intimate patio. Our server was Carmen and she very friendly and seemed to know her regular customers. We ordered the Crispy chicken Sandwich, I upgraded to the onion scoops (which are bite sized...onion rings) and they came with a dipping sauce. The chicken was juicy and over filling. My friend had the halibut taco's, which I've had before and they are always great. Food was fresh and came out hot. Since us gals were catching up we were thankful not to be rushed.More
We were a group of 10 with reservations, seated at nearby tables to maintain required distancing. The service was so-so. The food however was absolutely terrible. I had a double burger with peameal bacon. When it arrived, the patties were wafer thin (impossible to be...'cooked to perfection' as they mention on the menu, and I can't see that they were hand made). The peameal bacon was heavily breaded and deep fried. It was tasteless. I will never go back there. I can't understand how a place that used to serve fantastic food could go so far downhill. Change of ownership? The others at my tables had similar comments. No wonder we were the only ones in there. Take my advice and go somewhere else!More
It’s your typical old timey, neighbourhood type pub with rock music in the background. The service was great as the server was friendly and efficient. I liked that we went for an afternoon meal and the pub was largely empty, so made it way easier...to social distance. They have a small patio too where you can dine as well. The food was your typical pub fare, I had the chicken tacos with fries and the Raspberry cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory. The cheesecake tasted like it had been in the fridge for a while and the meal itself was ok- not tasty but not terrible tasting either. If you are nearby and need a bite to eat, then this is a decent meal.More
On our 1st night of arrival we had no expectation of meals in Pickering We were happy with the service and food but having visited other places I would rate this as average for someone just needing a meal
Stopped in here for a quick dinner with family and was pleasantly surprised. They have a great menu. Several of us had salads, which were really good. They have a really great selections of bowls and salads and also had vegan and vegetarian options available....Service was quick and friendly. It’s a sports pub, so lots of TVs and not the fanciest of decor, but the beer and food are good. I imagine it’s a great place to catch the game. Will be back!More
Vikki, Thanks for your feedback and sharing your experience. We look forward to serving you again. Cheers! 🍻
Great hidden gem to eat at! It’s a pub but the food is really good! The staff is also in the top echelon of servers! Great experience! Highly recommended!
Thanks for taking the time to post your experience Cheers!
This place has been there for a long time. I would say that this is on the pricier side for a pub but the portions are generous and the food is delicious. Lots of televisions everywhere if you are into sports. The decor is more...on the rustic side. Service was prompt and the food along with the presentation was impressive.More
Thanks so much for the review S L
Reviewed 1 week ago Great "Go-To" dining From the first time we dined at Bolluck's in Pickering Ontario, we were amazed at the great service and variety of dishes that were on the menu. Sufficient amount served per entre and our greatest compliments to the...chef, Sathis! Sathis takes great pride in his preparation of dishes on the menu. Excellent!! We go there often and suggest to many of our friends to do the same.More
Sassy panda, Thanks for the shout out! Cheers!
We stopped here passing through Pickering on our way to Toronto, turned out to be a great find, service was very friendly, beer was really cold, my company said the caesars were really good and the food was great. Three of us had the Messy...fish sandwich and one had the crispy chicken sandwich and we were all very happy and full. The onion scoop sides are a bit spicy so if your not into that be careful if you are expecting it to be like an onion ring. We would definitely make a point of stopping in here again when we are in the area.More
