We were staying at the Waddell Inn and headed over here for a light breakfast of danish and some other yummy thing. There are a few tables to eat at so we ate in and they offered to warm up the danish. We shared two...pastries and were very satisfied - so yummy! Also seems popular with some locals for their coffee - enjoy!More

I love this restaurant! I wish it were more convenient because I'd have lunch here at least once per week. I love the chicken salad on a croissant and don't skip the greens! They are lightly seasoned with dressing and taste wonderful! I like the...peanut butter squares with a chocolate top for dessert but someday I"m going to be adventurous and have something else. The best part of this restaurant is the owner, Adam. He is amazing. If the weather is bad, he gives his staff the day off. Every Christmas he holds a toy drive. Give this man your business and you will not be disappointed.More

Happened upon this little sweet spot as the smell of baked goods lured me in from the sidewalk. It did not disappoint!! Adam (owner/chef) prepared for me a delicious chicken salad croissant that had me in sandwich heaven. Now on to dessert...my family of three...got one each of the date square, Apple puff pastry tart and cinnamon puff pastry. OMG all were delicious. I told Adam I would compare his date square to my moms, and, (sorry mom) I would declare it a tie. Soooo good!! We would DEFINITELY recommend this place to anyone for a great lunch and amazing dessert.More

On our way back from Marmora, Callaghan Rapids Conservation Area (an amazing part of Ontario) we stopped in Port Hope to walk and shop the cute town and to have a quick lunch before heading home. We chose Queenie's and it was perfect. We sat...outside and shared a burrito and salad which was fresh and delicious. Just before leaving we bought dessert to go, a fresh out of the oven lemon square (a full lemon as the main ingredient) and a date square. As a baker myself I was impressed with the good quality ingredients and the homemade taste! The food was delicious and the service was knowledgeable and friendly! I highly recommend QueeniesMore

They go out of their way to help in the community (running a huge toy drive for Christmas) and can bake tasty goodies - who can go wrong! They have your standard baked goods as well as gluten free options. Definitely worth a stop if...you are in Port Hope!More

great ambiance - sweet treats amazing- i especially loved the peanut square with chocolate - really really good. Sandwiches nice - I had a ham-cheese-turkey grilled on a wrap. The ham used here is DELISH- -pleasant girl at counter - very busy for mid afternoon....-Would happily return! Then off for raspberry gelato at Mercury’s !👍 9.5/10 - very good - not inexpensive but not outrageous!More

Passing through on the way to our next destination we decided to call into Port Hope. Quaint little town with a something I couldn’t put my finger on? Anyway we pulled over and decided to have a coffee and headed into Queenies. The place was...buzzing some people grabbing a quick coffee, others taking life at a more leisurely pace but one thing was obvious it felt comfortable and homely as everyone was friendly. Two hot chocolates and a latte later with a few home baked cakes we were on our way. The lady (I presume owner) was very friendly, the coffee and cakes were great and we learned that the town had been used as a location for filming Stephen Kings IT! Certainly not a horror town, anything but and I would recommend anyone calling into this Coffee Shop!More

No they do not have an online menu. They only have an in store chalkboard listing their sandwich specials. They usually have 5-6 sandwich varieties. The baked goods are amazing. Everything is homemade. Hope this helps.
