Be prepared to wait as this place is obviously popular. I Got a pizza there this summer and was told it would be an hour. When our pizza was ready, the owner (I presume) brought out our pizza and said that it was a little...burnt on the bottom and that they would make a new one. I did not want to wait longer so I said that I would just take it and hope for the best. The owner told me that if it wasn’t good that they would give me another one free. As stated it was a little bit burnt on the edges but was still excellent. Just the courtesy of Roberto’s to stand by their product made me a fa.More
Have been in the area for 30+ years never ordered pizza from the little gem, we ordered to Xl pizzas on a long weekend and it was a 2 hr wait which we where ok with and let me tell you what a good decision,...pizza was full of toppings and probably one of the best crusts I’ve ever had, would recommend and will return again, staff was friendly and clean store frontMore
good pizza at decent price.nice place for what it is and always had a good pizza there.Really no complaints at all considering what it is meant to be.would recommend tjis place as we always enjoy our visits there
When you enter you see a sign near the counter which says they do not sell fast food. This is true -- my party size Hawaiian pizza took roughly 35 minutes to prepare. The pizza itself was very good, with the pineapple very sweet. The...other thing you must note is that you will not get an inexpensive pizza -- you pay for homemade quality. With tax, my pizza cost $35.40.
Roberto's is the only pizza joint in town, since the competition is now closed!More
Previous owner made awesome pizzas at an affordable price. These new owners are trying to get rich, so bring your wallet or cheque book because they only do cash (ridiculous in today’ day and age). The have no competition in Southampton so you are gonna...pay dearly compared to other local pizza joints in Port Elgin or Sauble Beach (both15 mins away). We and a few local neighbors all used to be loyal to this place, but getting charged $60 for two large pizzas to feed family/guests..we now go elsewhere. Beware they close early and not open on Mondays along with being way overpriced. Good pizza but bring lots of money and and not great for to feed large family. Wait times are long and typically 1 hr versus other places that take 15-20 mins and are way cheaper and better tasting.More

Yikes... Sorry you feel this way. We do have debit now. Our prices are comparable to the big chain pizza. We do close early as we work 10 to 12 hours a day to be able to provide fresh hand stretched dough and all freshly...More
