$18 for schnitzel seems a tick over priced considering I just bought 3 at the market for $8...our waitress seemed to tolerate us, at least until it was time for her to cut me off mid sentence with a fake smile and walk away when I said I didn't want the buffet...

Food is ok. They have great service, but the food used to be better. Chicken in the buffet was overcooked. The desert are always worth the visit.

Ate here on a monday with three kids. Had a special where kids have a discount with an adult so it made it economical. I ate off the buffet, one kid ate off the buffet, and two ate from the menu. The buffet was very uninspired and had two or three meat items and some other random food, like cabbage.... More

Every vacation has one... the big disappointment... The only thing that could have made the meal worse would have been a trip to the hospital.... thank goodness we dodged THAT bullet. The food at this restaurant used to be SO GOOD... I hadn't been there in years and I promised my family that they were in for a treat.... It... More

There were advertisements in papers indicating that this restaurant had a March Break special. Kids under 12 can have an entrée or buffet with the purchase of an adult meal or buffet this week, lunch/dinner. My 8 and 11 year old were excited to go to a buffet on March Break. They were very disappointed to find out there is... More

My family have been Stone Crock customers for many decades. The buffet was always the choice no matter what day of the week. Not so for the past year or so. The quality and choice have been in steady decline. Last Wednesday lunch was the low point. Small pieces of schnitzel, no apple sauce. Dry chicken with no dressing of... More

Always a great meal. Selection at the salad and hot bar never changes but the food always tastes delicious. Good value for money. Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for a table.

So you can't leave here hungry - the portion sizes are huge. Disappointed that french fries are not home made but the gravy is delicious and made up for that. I had a platter and took half home. The soup and salad buffet is also lots of food. The service is amazing. Dessert looked amazing but no one had room... More

Two families went for dinner. If your mum made Menonite or Easter European food then she would cook like this. We had French onion soup, liver and onions, pork schnitzel, fish and chips, chicken pot pie, cabbage rolls and one kid had the buffet. Great stick to your ribs, warm mashed potatoes, gravy yum yum We had been their 2... More

We ordered gilled cheese for the little one, liver and onions and the buffet. The food was all well cooked. The rye bread on the buffet was quite good. Thoroughly enjoyed whatever that cowboy soup was, nice plate of salad. Liver was well cooked. Not sure the mashed potatoes were real potatoes or some powered goo. We have eaten here... More
