We were looking for an inexpensive lunch in this small town with wonderful, but pricey, restaurants. The lady in the Wellington Post Office sent us to Rock'n Rogers. What a great surprise. A store front restaurant on the Picton side of town might not cause...all folks to drive in for lunch. I ordered my standard North American test entree, the Grilled Cheese and Bacon Sandwich and a coke. Well, I have travelled all over North America, and this was without doubt the finest Grilled Cheese and Bacon Sandwich I have ever tasted. What a treat. We went back a month later, same experience. Was brought here for dinner by relatives during a visit. Was not disappointed! I had the double Roger's burger with a side caesar salad. We shared a large large barbecue chicken pizza between two people. The size was comparable to other restaurants. the pizza was very good not too greasy, perfect sauce and toppings with thinner crust and it was perfect for a lunch. Often go here for pizza or for Caesar salad. Maria and family are always friendly and look after us well. We have sometimes bought takeout pizzas and salads to serve at functions.

Best dam restaurant in Wellington, the price is right, Marie and her family treat you like family, always warm and welcoming! As a local I hate to see the tourists get hosed by greedy owners who doesn't care about you because your not here to...stay! A good example of this is North Docks terrible food, terrible prices and cold décor! Please don't let the outdoor patio and the view of the harbour fool you!More

We ordered an extra large pizza to share between two people, which turned out to cost about 30 $. The pizza was smaller than I expected an extra large pizza to be. It satisfied our appetite, but I found the price really high for the...size of it. The pizza was ok, generally a bit undercooked and really greasy. Not bad, but also it great. I had a smaller pizza from here before, which I liked much better - maybe it's easier to undertook the really large pizzas. The staff is so incredibly friendly though. It's great walking through the door and being greeted nicely - they usually remember your name when you come to pick up the food. I'd like to rate this place higher because of the wonderful staff, but the food really didn't impress me this time. I'll sure try again though!More

We called in for a late lunch. Service was excellent and I enjoyed liver and onions, the regular Tuesday special which is a popular choice with good reason. Pizzas and burgers also were devoured with gusto. The diner has a fifties feel, even featuring a...juke box. Definitely worth a visit.More

We were invitedout by a neighbour for breakfast. The staff are super friendly, the service was quick and the breakfast was excellent. I had 2 eggs easyover, three sausages, homefries, toaste and coffee. All were prepared to perfection. The homefries has a very nice spice...on them. My plate was so clean they could have reused it. Lol my wife had the omelet. It was very big but a bit dry. A little melted cheese would have taken care of that. Definately will be back.More

We order pizza here on a regular basis. The Canadian pizza is our favourite, but for some variety, they will let you split and have 1/2 and 1/2 of two different pizzas. Always friendly service and great food.
