Very good local beer, nice ambiance every thing was perfect. Lost of choices for beers. Very tasteful.
Excellent !!! for sure, very nice place and friendly. Excellent staff and nice ambience. Satisfaction !!!
This is not a place which serves anything but beer. No wine, no food, nothing else. We had reservations and received no indication the place has changed its menu. Big problems as no other food options available.
This should be rated a zero. It is NOT a restaurant. They did take and confirm our reservation though. We were not able to find another restaurant to take us. Very disappointed with this restaurant and with TripAdvisor.
We tried this place after having a lovely walk along the beachfront. Wanted a nice beer and something to eat. We must have waited literally 15 minutes before someone took our order, and the place was only partially full. They had 4 people hanging around...the bar doing nothing. It looked like they had only one person who could take orders, and bring the orders out. Not sure what the other 4 people were in charge of doing. Another couple must have had the same experience because they got up and left after a while. It was incredible watching how inept everyone was. In the end we managed to order some drinks and aperitif. Beer was ok but nothing amazing. The saucisson was very nice, but they served it up with some onions and carrots which were nice too, but you cannot eat as they give you just 3 tiny pieces of toast for a big wooden board of the aperitif. We did not order the main meal as up to now it was a joke to get to this point. Watching them work while waiting was like watching a rat work it’s way through a new maze.More
We were looking for a more reasonably priced dinner than what we'd paid the previous couple of nights so walked here. Tried a flight of 4 beers (produced on site of course!) and was impressed. Even my wife who isn't crazy about beer enjoyed 3...of the 4! Food was very good. Mmm. The beet salad was so tasty and tons of smoked salmon on the naan pizza. It's located right across from the St Lawrence so you can walk the pier which seems to be the thing to do in Sainte-Anne-des-Monts!More
Excellent beers, as expected in a microbrewery, but it is worths mentioning it. The pub, as well as the production area, are located sea front, which gives the opportunity to taste a good beer while admiring the sunset, if you are there the proper time...of the day. The food is what you can expect from this type of establishment, very decent and in line with a good beer. A strong value, for sure.More
Nice brewery where they recycle the old equipement of the old supermarket. A view to the sea with a small terrasse, about 8 to 10 beers, good service, didn't tried the food
We ended up here after we stopped at the pub down the street and waited an eternity for service. We ended up getting up and leaving to come here and it felt like it was meant to be. Great service with friendly staff, and we...had a selection of appetizers that were all delicious. Neither of us drink alcohol but that had great drink choices for us that we both enjoyed. We were so thankful for the terrible service at the pub or we never would have come here!More
I haven’t drank beer for 20+ years. So going to a microbrewery wasn’t top on my list. That being said I started off with a shandy and then graduated to their white beer. A perfect pairing with their smoked salmon pizza.
I had already bought a few of their beers at the supermarket, but I wanted to check out the microbrewery and sample some that are only available on site. So I couldn't possibly leave Sainte-Anne-des-Monts before visiting Le Malbord. The brewpub is nice, the staff...friendly and knowledgeable. I went there in the afternoon, so it wasn't too busy. Music was playing not too loudly, so you could have a normal conversation without raising your voice. The outside terrace offers views of the St. Lawrence River, which is great. Went for the sample plateau for 11$, opting for the "gamme découverte" which are the four beers brewed on site but not available in stores. All were pretty good! Le Malbord is definitely a must for all beer lovers visiting the Gaspésie region!More
Great brew pub fun atmosphere with very tasty food.We enjoyed the flight ,beer was really tasty .Service was excellent and very knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go back .😄😄
The service is great, the waiters are very helpful and friendly. The food is delicious and they have a special of the month with is always fun to try. I especially like the maple dessert and the pizzas. They organize a lot of events which...is really cool in a small town like this one! Also, they make a big effort to try to highlight local produce.More
Great food. Great brew. Nice location. Wish we had stumbled upon it earlier. But then, we savored the time we did.More
