We were staying at the Auberge and arrived during a blizzard so there weren't any other options for dinner, but we wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. Food was excellent! Very accommodating of my food sensitivities.

Lovely dining room, and delicious food. We have eaten most of our meals there over the last 5 years during March Break. Can't beat pasta night on Mondays.

Seven of us dined at l'Auberge des Appalaches. The menu is interesting, and every dish was delicious. Service was well-informed and helpful. High marks for quality of food, ambience and service.

The mountain view was lovely, the sunset was perfect but the food was superb!! The service, the comfortable dinning room and the great food all combine for a memorable dining experience.
