This little cafe is on Main St. We went to have dinner. If you are eating in, seat yourself and table service is offered. If you want take out, there are menus on the way in and you order at the front counter. We had...table service.
The menu is varied and they offer a selection of beer, wine, coolers, cider, and cocktails. Not a big selection but completely adequate. Portion sizes were just right for us, not too big, just enough to satisfy.
The food was really good and fresh. The service was excellent. The cafe was very clean and modern.More
What a gem in such a small town... I’ll overlook their lack of craft beer (they were sold out) but the food and service were beyond excellent.
Take the staffs suggestions on what to eat, the burger was fantastic.
This place was a pleasant surprise on the road. There is a big selection of tasty food, and the service is very friendly. A few of the appetizers we tried were very tasty, but a little expensive considering their size. Great coffee and excellent selection...of sweets. It was nice to have some vegetarian options on the road.More
This place has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent food, desserts and speciality drinks. From my experience, if you go at peak times you probably will be waiting for a table. I've been twice now and got lucky both times! Both times everything was fresh,...homemade and delicious. They have recently started doing table service in the evening, expanded their appy and cocktail selection as well as extended their hours under the new ownership. The house salad and the homemade burgers are a must. The shoe string fresh cut fries are also very tasty. Both times we have visited everything was excellent. We are new to the area and I am so glad meadow lake has this place!More
We always look places that serve excellent food when we travel. We have found them in places like San Francisco , Maui , Seattle and on various road trips. Never expected it in my home town. Well done.
Salad was very good but burger was made of cheap ground beef and burned black to bitter taste. Never again.More
