Turned up on a Wed night for a Meerkat special. Service was good. Food excellent - enjoyed the sea bass. Restaurant only 1/3 full. Nice and quiet. Delightful evening.

I booked a late Sunday lunch for 6 adults and a baby.. We were shown to a table in an alcove near the entrance. Very cosy and sensible as a baby at a high chair can disturb other people. I'm not familiar with Zizzi menus...More

With the high vaulted ceiling and open airy feel, this place luls you into a sense that you've made the right choice. And sadly when the food does arrive, it seldom disappoints for the price point that it sits at. The part that leaves this...More

I was a bit surprised by the recent reviews of this restaurant. We've been here twice this year - end of September for an 80th Birthday; prebooked for 16 of us and yesterday for a smaller group of 9 from the same family. On both...More

I visit on the 15th with my family and can honestly say I wish we hadn’t of bothered! The food was terrible! I was meant to have the pollo prosciutto and what arrived was dreadful, it was the flattest chicken breast I’ve ever seen and...More

One imagines that this is a competitive bit of the market - chain Italian restaurants. You know it's not going to be fine dining or unique so at least get the basics right. Food: Average. Very dry and boring main course salads. Pizzas are pretty...More

A bit dissapointed this time. Waitress didn't have a great command of English, had to give her the booking name 3 times before she understood. I then asked if they accepted Gourmet Cards, again repeated 3 times until she asked if it was an allergy!...More

Recently visited with friends and really enjoyed. Main plus was the relaxed service (we hadn’t seen friends for a year and so had plenty to catch up on!) and there was no pressure from staff to hurry - which was appreciated. Thoroughly enjoyed the mixed...More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Only 15 minutes from the nearest train station our restaurant is easy to get to and a joy while you’re there. Zizzi Beaconsfield's design is bright and playful, drawing inspiration from Enid Blyton and Bekonscot model village. The historic building has its very own well, right in the heart of the restaurant. There are some great ‘nooks’ for intimate dinners as well as space for large parties & celebrations. Dine al fresco with an outdoor dining area for sunny weather.
