We decided on chinese takeaway and Pagoda was the only place listed for Atherton. While the containers were full the flavour didn't match any chinese I have eaten. Even the Fried Rice was different. I had been to this restaurant a number of years ago and enjoyed the experience...but not this time.

We came three years ago under the previous owners. Unfortunately I must say that the food was as poor then as it is now. The chicken Schezuan tastes nothing like one I have had anywhere else- more like a bottle sauce. The special fried rice was bad- tasted only like steamed rice. Only good food was the chicken omelette I'm... More

Having eaten chinese food in many towns, in many states of Australia, The Pagoda still rates as the best I've ever had.

I ordered take away. The prawns were well cooked and service was fast and with a smile. There were plenty of printed menus available however an online menu would have been helpful. Well worth a visit if you are in the area and want a meal. Prices were reasonable

Meal was served quickly and service was mostly good. Took longer for the coffees than the meal. Sauce on both chicken and cashews and seafood special was similar and lacked some flavour. The prawns and squid were very undercooked and therefore spoiled the dish. They seemed more concerned with getting meals out too quickly. Vegetarian spring rolls were delicious and... More

Not the best Chinese that I have ever eaten. Visited with a 2 y/o and the play are was good. Please note that there is no change facilities however. positive was the friendly service from the man at the bar, the pineapple fritters and the quick food delivery.

Food was good, but not enough fried rice. Restaurant was full but service was quick & friendly. Music in background was too loud. Dessert was average .

Paid $14 for vegetables that were half cooked and in a weird tasting oil. I had to add noodles from home to help the taste and add to the vegetables. I won't be returning but each to their own :)

Busy takeaway that is always a good sign, great smells from the kitchen so We ordered takeaway also. Chicken and corn soup and Crab and corn soup, Beef Chow Mein and Mongolian Lamb and Fried Rice. Ate it all up before I even thought to take a cute photo! Very nice! I forgot my fortune cookies as I got home... More
