We stopped to grab breakfast & found a bit of a crowd. The pastry on the pies was crispy, the raisin toast was warm with melted butter, the salads were fresh with generous servings & the vanilla slice was thick.

This is a great place to stop for your bread or a meal, there are so many choices of goodies and the coffee is really good. I loved sitting and watching the characters who walk past while I was having my morning smoko

We purchased a drink from the fridge as well to accompany our meal and sat at the outside tables that were supplied so we... More

Yummy. Great country Bakery with great coffee to boot. I haven't seen cakes and buns like that since I was a kid. Certainly popular as I think every one in Barcaldine came in to get something whilst I was there.

Unusual to find a full scale bakery outback, a hive of activity. Good rolls and pies, coffee would rank with the cities. There is also a brilliant butcher next door so supper was decided whilst relaxing in the outside eating area.
