First time going but my Dad grew up going here. He absolutely loves this place and had to go there whenever we go past. We love it too! The cream buns are the best I've ever had and my Dad says it still tastes like...the Old Days. But a great range of food and drinks and you can order other stuff too. Everything we've tried has been yummy! Definitely think it's worth making a detour for - 100%.More

Great Bakery, serving up cooked breakfasts and lunches. Bacon and eggs very good along with the coffee. Also wonderful assortment of cakes, etc.

The best bread we experienced while caravanning over the last few weeks. Obviously a winner with the locals, as it was very busy and many seen leaving with many loaves.

We needed coffee and a light lunch and looked in the mall - dull and boring food. Then up a side street we stumbled across Simmons Bakery with plenty of tables inside and outside and plenty of locals eating there. The pie menu was extremely...varied and all were made on the premises. Delicious and with ample meaty filling. The cakes looked delicious and I wished I didn't have a midriff bulge so I could indulge. Coffee was hot and strong ... and cheap. There was a slight mix-up in our orders which the waitress apologised for and though it didn't bother us the waitress insisted we take 2 extra pies and a packet of hot cross buns to enjoy later. I wish I could return to the bakery bug it is 2,000 km from home but I do beg travellers passing through Biloela to patronise this local business. It opens at 5am.More
