Recently visited Kuranda and had a cream tea at the Fudge Bar. The scones were lovely, with the mandatory jam and cream, and a nice big pot of tea. The service was very friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nice shop, pleasant ladies running it. The fudge they make fresh is wonderful. However...I bought Scottish caramel and English toffee, expecting the goodies I'd had years ago in those countries. When we got home, we found both boxes to have crystallized. No chewy caramel, no soft toffee. My guess is that these had been sitting around a while.

A quick and delicious hearty snack with authentic German beer and huge mountains of potato salad! You can sit down (cafe style) or take away and the owner/operator is a friendly German lady. A welcome change to fish and chips!

The shop boasted 180 flavours, but only about 20 were available the day we visited. It was absolutely melt-in-the-mouth delicious.

Last week we purchased some fudge and truffles from the fudge bar. There is a large selection of both available. And a good chance to sample the goods they have for sale. All made freshly by the lady in the shop and her daughter. They do an amazing job with the flavours. We were unsure what to get, so got... More

This was the 2nd time I had been to this shop with my wife and last year it was just as nice to visit. Awesome range of Fudges including an Adults Only Liquor range. I will be back again before I leave Cairns to go home.

We loved this place so much on our last holiday that we returned again - twice during our stay. The fudge is delicious the only dilemma is in choosing which flavour to buy. We had scones and coffee -wow what a HUGE serve. When my husband said what flavour scone and then reeled off a long list I thought he... More

The opportunity for free tastings was great. Loved the huge range of unusual fudge. A great spot for some popular gifts.
