We stayed here as a b&b. Lovely. Room was quiet and homey. Comfortable beds. We slept 5. Shower had good pressure and hot.

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Flying Cranes for two days this week. William (Bill) and his wife were amazing hosts. The room was clean and tidy. The rate was excellent. They provided breakfast for us in their private garden behind the restaurant each morning. Cheese omelet with fresh fruit and toast the first morning followed by... More

great soup. great service. i wish the prices weren't as steep, because it would make it a more desirable place to go to on a more frequent basis. their soup and teriyaki chicken is delicious. also the sauce they sell to go is great for home cooking.

Seven of us walked in on a Saturday morning. There was no one else in the restaurant. We pulled two tables together and were grumpily told that there would be only one bill and a 20% service charge for our group. The menu was very limited. There are no coffee refills. We basically served ourselves and were still charged 20%.... More

beautiful outdoor garden that is super peaceful. quiche was microwaved and soggy. for a place that offers tea, there are no tea accompaniments (e.g.scones) in the restaurant unless you call several days before and reserve with a credit card. the few deserts in the case were wrapped in plastic.

Last night friends introduced me to the delight of Flying Cranes. The restaurant is a unique blend of Japanese noodle and rice dishes, alongside dishes like7 cheese macaroni and cheese. (I plan to try the mac and cheese next time; but last night my friends and I wanted to sample the Japanese dishes.). Every one of our dishes had subtle... More

This chef- owned dining spot is also a small b & b. A few inside tables for chillier months but a large gorgeous garden for outside dining. The brunch/lunch quiches with accompanying fruit & salad are the tastier I have ever eaten anywhere. The chef (her husband is the host) makes her own terrific Teriyaki sauce and everything is fresh... More

Stayed at the Flying Crain B&B while in Cleveland for a wedding. Cool little place and really friendly owners. We ate breakfast and breakfast there. The food is really good and the portions are good size. The room we rented was furnished, clean and the beds where slept very good. If in Cleveland the place is worth visiting.

Kayoko is a superb chef, and her husband Bill is a superb host! This quaint Larchmere gem has a small seating area inside and a huge, beautiful patio outside. The hours are a bit unusual and subject to change, so if you're not local you might want to call first. The teriyaki anything is fabulous, and the miso soup is... More
