We enjoyed our recent meals at the restaurant Taste@Strattons.For dinner, rhubarb cordial and process cocktails were a refreshing way to begin our meal. We booked and ate Sunday Lunch at Strattons yesterday and really it was a disappointment. The dining room looked amazing, white linen, beautiful glasses and silver cutlery(mis-matched like the staffs attire). Between the four of us we chose two roasts of the day, beef, slow...More

Nice enough, but very overpriced. 3 courses and a glass on wine was £50 per head. Soup was boring, quail was mainly stuffing and overdone, boring cheeses selected for desert. Wouldn't bother with again.More

Dear Reader in one fell swoop the Norfolk artisan cheese makers are dismissed as boring! Sorry but I have to disagree thus proving the subjectivity of this kind of reporting. Quail is slow cooked as described on the menu in the style of Tuscan cooking....More
