Jasons used to be one of our favourite places in Mayfield but ceases to be so now it is called the "Pink Cabbage", presumably under new ownership/management. Service was appalling and food mediocre.

This no longer exists! When it did exist the coffee was OK as was the soup but the veg often left a lot to be desired.

Living proof that it is still thankfully possible to have an authentic style greengrocer, suitably updated, with a delightful tearoom alongside. In itself sufficient reason to make Mayfield a destination for a trip out.
