Always great service here & the food is perfectly cooked, fresh & piping hot. Great if you are on a quick lunch break but want a proper meal. Staff are always really friendly and cheery too, alwys a warm welcome. The duck gyozas with cherry sauce are to die for.

Go to this branch a lot. Service is always great. Food is fresh and tasty. One of the best of this chain. Will be back soon.

I used to love Wagamama but we came for a pre theatre meal this week and were disappointed. The portions seemed a lot smaller than I remember so very overpriced. £9.50 for veggie pad Thai that leaves you still hungry is not great. The food tasted OK but nothing to write home about. The service was a bit off, we... More

We visited Wagamama to have dinner before a theatre show. A sign on the door said Free WiFi. When I askes one of the staff about the password, he (the manager) said that you need an I-cloud account to use the free WiFi. He noticed that I was not happy with this (to open an account, you need to specify... More

We were greeted by a lovely server who showed us to our table and brought us green tea unasked to warm us up. The food was the usual tasty fare. Acoustics not great as even with a nearly empty restaurant it was difficult to communicate with my partner.

We went in around 9 pm on a Sunday. The place was quite empty. The waiter was very helpful helping to explain all the options and suggesting milder tasting food. Just getting into Japanese food so couldnt say if it was an authentic taste. The place seemed clean and the toilets were spotless. There was outside seats but we sat... More

Beautiful setting in media city. Near to the university and seconds away from Media City Tram Stop. We were served promptly. The order was slightly wrong, however they made up for this by replacing item and knocking the items off the bill. The food is delicious drinks a bit pricey. However very clean and quick service.

Thank Sha M
