Meeting friends and ppl watching or sea viewing...what a perfect location. Reasonably priced hot and cold food snacks and treats. Functionally designed and clean. Staff are friendly and deal with you quickly.

I've been using Deal Beach Parlour for a number of years now but I think it does need to keep up with the times now in relation to a small decor overview. Vanilla ice cream 5 stars but selection of cakes not so good. Staff friendly.

We used the outside serving window to purchase 99's Probably one of the cheapest places now to get a 99 or even the flavoured ice-creams Very reasonable price, worth a visit if in Deal

Decided to pop in for ice cream with the kids after a sunny, but windy walk on the pier. The children's ice cream was good (2 double cones), I was very excited to see Brown Derbys on the menu, not having had one in about 20 years, but it was such a disappointment - the doughnut was really spongy and... It is clean and up to date, but it is also a step back in time as how ice cream parlours were and because i am now 60 plus i loved it. The staff were excellent and the service and aftercare was far in excess of that which you would expect from the sale of mainly ice creams.

Lady behind the counter didn't seem to have a lot of patience at all and was pulling faces while my other half was trying to help our children decide what to have, would have understood if it was busy but wasn't at the time. Lady who served us also didn't have her hair tied up and was touching everything with... More

Good location but very poor standard o hygiene. The woman serving used bare hands to serve ice cream, put flake in, take money and give change. Photo attached of woman getting flake from tub with bare hands.

We regularly stop at the beach parlour because they have a good priced menu for a stop during shopping or walking. They have a good snack menu as well as the old fashioned icecream sundaes etc. It really is a blast from the past.
