As a birthday treat we were taken here with our wine hamper (they don’t serve alcohol) and it was lovely. The scallops were delicious and the lobster lasagne was TDF (to die for). My wife had Stonebass and that was also delicious.

Mid week, out of season dining can be a challenge in a place used to busy custom so being greeted by name as we walked through the door correctly told us we were the only booking that Wheelers has that evening. Quite honestly that was...More

This little restaurant is like sitting in someone’s parlour or front room. It’s small so a good idea to reserve a table. The food is fabulous and so good when you see the small kitchen where it’s prepared. The seafood mezzo starter is brilliant!

We frequently eat at Wheelers and it never fails to impress. Mark is a fabulous chef and Whitstable is lucky he hasn’t gone to London. Now there is another dining room large parties can eat there.

A quirky, friendly and reasonably priced restaurant that serves delicious food. The oysters were amazing and the meze starter just brilliant, all finished off with a delightful soufflé and the added benefit of being able to bring my own alcohol. Went to eat here twice...More

Called for a quick snack - best value and local oysters in town and wish we'd stayed for something a bit more substantial looking at the delicious menu. Buzzing and lively and talking to others who were having lunch, all seemed to be enjoying their...More

The staff were extremely helpful in finding us a place to eat on the spur of the moment even though they were fully booked. The selection of food was excellent and if fresh seafood is your fancy look no further. The cooked assortment was particularly...More

Hi, It's about £40 per head there was 4 of us it's not bad price wise and the food is gorgeous. Hope this helps and remember you need to take your own alcohol as they do not sell it but there is an off licence opposite.
