We discovered The Potted Lobster via Trip Advisor. What a great find ! Quaint place in the middle of Bamburgh. Lovely staff , gorgeous Lobsters and a small but adequate Wine list. We will return.

The Potted Lobster is well sited and on the evening of our visit was busy, with a nice relaxed ambience. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and while our table was not quite ready, we were invited to wait at the bar & sample drinks....More

Had a superb meal here - a special wine pairing dinner. Four courses paired with New Zealand wines from the Mahi vineyards, accompanied by short talk from the owner of vineyards. Excellent evening. Excellent service and entertaining evening with no pressure to buy the wines.

My son is vegan there weren’t many choices I think he had chips and salad. Advance notice to the Restsurant might help.
