We dined at the Oaks restaurant whilst staying at the hotel and enjoyed breakfast each morning of our stay and evening meal. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful and the food was great. For breakfast, we opted for the full-English, which was substantial after the buffet choice of cereals, croissants, cheeses, juices etc. Food was served hot and... More

This hotel is a real find. We live in the village and choose to eat and drink here rather than the red cow since it changed hands last year. The drinks are cheaper and the wine is of a much higher quality than the cheap paint stripper served at the pub. The food has always been amazing and very reasonably... More

Totally amazing from the moment you walk in till you leave. We walked in and we had an amazing welcome from the lady behind the bar, we ordered drinks, we were told to find any table to sit at, she brought our menus over, we ordered food. It came out I ordered the The Red Cow cheese burger and my... More

Very good quality and presentation, big portions (I couldn't even finish it!) really tasty meals. Compared to London prices, it's really good value for the quality!

Heading back from a business meeting I remembered a hotel that I stayed at last year, just off the M40 Nr Bicester, not one for liking motorway food I booked a table for one. I'm glad I did as I had a great steak from the bar menu, having not opted to eat from the A la Carte menu as... More

Fabulous food, beautiful presentation and an ambient restaurant. Staff were attentive and the service was spot on. If I wanted to be very 'picky', my lamb was a little pinker than I would normally eat, nonetheless it was tasty and succulent.Highly recommended.
