The house chocolate is to die for. It is thick and creamy. The raspberry and hazelnut pavlova melts in the mouth. There were also a couple of complimentary Easter chocolates that were on the tray alongside a glass of water. Very thoughtful details.

Have been visiting Rumseys for some time now. Always enjoy going, definitely my favorite place for a coffee and cake in Thame and surrounding areas. Staff friendly, and the food is delicious. The chocolates they create are top quality. Keep up the good work!

This is a quaint tea room with home made food and a lovely friendly ambiance. It's a little pricey but worth it.

I really enjoy the salmon sandwiches here, lovely granary bread and delicious helping of salmon in each bite. The chocolate torte is absolutely amazing. It is a little expensive - but it is worth it for a treat.

Relax and enjoy breakfast, lunch and coffee in comfortable surroundings or select from our wonderful take away menu at any time of the day. Nigel Rumsey's thirty years experience as a Chef and Patissier provided the inspiration and depth of knowledge needed to become a Master Chocolatier of distinction. Nigel and his wife, Mary, opened Rumsey's after being inspired by the film 'Chocolat', their aim was to provide a wonderful sumptuous environment in which to sit, eat lunch, drink coffee, tea or hot chocolate.
