Visited last weekend and honestly wasn't great. Had to wait at the door to be seated, ordered drinks which was good. Food was luke warm. Paid a lot of money for not a great visit. Waiter was friendly though.

Where to start Cold potato skins to start Pasta with meatballs with invisible meatballs Suggest some more staff training to ensure service and food levels are on place on a quiet Monday evening when there were evidently no experienced managers or chefs around Not impressed

Frankie and bennys has nice food and a good kids menu for small and bigger kids which includes a pudding and drink. The service is often slow though so need to allow plenty of time.

My friends and I decided to pop in to Frankie and Benny's for dinner after a cinema trip as it's located next door to the cinema. When we arrived, we had to wait a couple of minutes before a waiter appeared and showed us to our table. 2 of our starters were burnt (dough balls and chicken wings), and when... More

Out on a visit to Witney the restaurant was located while passing though the local area. We were welcomed by the manager and shown to our table, for the time of day there was a lovely atmosphere with subtle music and customers filtering in an out. The service was excellent and the food order was taken and arrived after a... More

Nice and clean good seating and plenty of room compared to other F and Bs. Only a few people there when we went mind. Food was good and waiter Max gave exemplary service. Only complaint was the cold bacon with the 'late' breakfast. Would go again no question
