Just had the most delicious tapas at this little restaurant. Run by a lovely couple who do everything themselves. 5 ladies, 10 choices- more than enough! Thank you for a lovely evening. PS Sangria was delicious too.

Really good food and friendly service. We found Escarpment Tapas through Trip advisor, read the reviews and weren't disappointed. We were four adults on a family weekend to the Blue Mountains and loved it. Service was really friendly and helpful and the various Tapas dishes were great. The Calamari was cooked to perfection. We had a 2 litre jug of... More

Food was beautiful, especially the paella! We will be back for more! The olive and hot bread starter was presented originally and olives super tasty.

Enjoy the tapas on offer here. The sangrias are a treat although the champagne sangria is a little on the sweet side. Loved the paella as well as the calamari. cozy little restaurant that is small and intimate. Can imagine it gets busy on weekends. Best to book ahead.

Celebrated with a small group the wedding anniversary of parents. The owners went over and above our expectations with personal touches like sign writing on chalk board and decorating table with beautiful tableware and heart scatters on table. The food was amazing and chef created a beautiful surprise dish for an entrée. We visit here often and it is always... More

What a great restaurant, as locals I can't believe it has slipped under our radar. Dinner last night, 2 couples, and we all absolutely loved it. Fantastic food, the tapas were scruptious as was dessert, awesome beer and wine selection and very friendly service. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the upper mountains. Can't wait to come back.

I had to book somewhere in Blackheath for a party of six including two visitors from France and luckily we ended up at this lovely, friendly place. I have to say that I love Tapas and initially felt that the prices seemed a bit high (but I was probably comparing this to Spain where the prices are very cheap) however... More

We stopped by on our way following TripAdvisor recommendations and were not disappointed. The selection of tapas was delicious and they were all fresh and tasty. Place itself is clean and cosy with very friendly lady serving the dishes. We'll come back again!

We recently returned to Escarpment for lunch on Saturday and the food and atmosphere were just as pleasant as our previous visit. Fantastic luncheon special including a glass of wine, the meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and calamari. Terrific choice of food and the wine is always good quality and thoroughly enjoyable. Must stay over in the mountains next visit so that... More

My husband and I have eaten here several times and its always the same. Just ok. The problem is that the menu never changes and you are never excited to try something new because there is NEVER anything new except for maybe the cocktail of the day. Perhaps the chef has become uninspired or simply cant be bothered but as... More
