New management have made this little floating fish and chip shop pretty special...the place has always been good but with a bit of initiative and reorganising the layout they have made it much better....beautiful fresh fish at a variety of prices to suit most budgets...flake...More

Had good hopes. Portions small for the price. Paid $20 for a tiny serve of fish and a cup of chips. Fish quality surprisingly very bland considering the location. Chips were the only redeeming factor. Dim sim was a rock which we couldn’t bite into.

This is an excellent place for fish and chips. People are friendly, fish is fresh and well cooked, the seafood chowder is fine and the chips very good.

My husband and I ate there a few nights ago while staying in St. Helens. We agreed it was restaurant quality and excellent value. Highly recommend it

Great food and a really cool concept having lunch on this boat that is moored in St Helen's - very enjoyable

This shop offered the cheapest oyster during our entire trip in Tasmania! Also, the lobster was amazing. Worth a try for anyone who is visiting Tas for seafood. Not forgetting to mention the cosy interiors and the pretty sea view you get.

Always very fresh and reasonably quick considering how busy they get. A little on the expensive side ($13.00 for flake and chips) but worth it for the quality of food.

Fresh and juicy fish, light extremely crispy batter. One of the best I had! Chips just as crisp which is awesome. Don't change this ever!

We had limited time in St Helens but luckily we had the chance to eat at this unique place and experience some great local seafood.

Hi there. Not sure what the question is either. I actually LOVED Mohr & Smith so I didn't dislike all of the St Helens restaurants I went to. The "atmosphere" on the Paddle Wheeler is ok for tourists and, considering the... More
