We enjoyed excellent food on the outdoor patio for lunch one day. We went back the next day for dinner and enjoyed the cozy dining room. The service was also excellent. The Goat, Soup and Whiskey is definitely our go-to restaurant on Put-In-Bay!

Excellent menu options - our party enjoyed, liver & onions, perch tacos, grilled chicken Cesar salad and chicken parmesan - presentation was superb but the taste was above excellent!

This is such a great restaurant. My husband and I have been there multiple times and have never been disappointed by the food or the service. We especially love their soups. The green chili chicken soup is amazing! They have at least four options for soups and when I can't decide which one to get, I opt for the Rose... More

The atmosphere is very nice, especially in their upstairs garden area. It does not have a view of the Lake, which is it's only drawback. It's expensive as well, but worth the splurge. The menu has a great deal of variety.

We heard multiple times that this was the spot on put in bay and I must say it lived up to the hype. The Reuben balls were unique and good.

We went on the advice of a friend who had been here before. We had the Reuben sandwich and fish tacos. The Reuben was photo worthy and yummy. The fish taco looked sad by comparison but was very tasty. Fresh cilantro and a little more fish would have been better. Service and atmosphere were very nice.

The upstairs, outdoor dining room is charming and has beautiful flowers. My perch sandwich paired perfectly with the Bloody Mary full of fun garnishes! Recommended! You can also go downstairs for dessert and ice cream without leaving the building!

Have been here many times and always recommend to others when they ask "Where do you go to eat as a local?"! Staff is friendly and even the kitchen help comes out and asks how your meal was. Love when workers take pride in their work!!!

The waitress, Mariah, was the perfect match of wit for my ridiculous husband. She challenged his silly banter and was a breath of fresh air. Dinner was pleasant but Mariah was what really made the meal.

Stopped in for lunch on 5/23 around noon with my wife. Server was excellent. Very friendly, great suggestions, attentive. Can't remember his name but tall skinny with blondish hair. We sat on outdoor patio. Started with soup. Potato sausage and Pork apple ginger. Both were a taste explosion in our mouths. Omg! The Pork Apple Ginger was like nothing I... More
