I think Wendy's has the best hamburgers of the fast food burger places. Very noisy, shared with a large convenience store, but the latter has the cleanest public bathroom you can ask for.

The service here is slower than any fast food restaurant I've ever been to...even when there are only a couple of customers in the place. Most of the "workers" are standing around and laughing while customers walk out without being served and customers that have already paid wait over 15 minutes to get their cold French fries and hamburgers. The... More
I really don't eat very much fast food. This Wendy's is located inside a Pilot Travel Center, and has 24 hour service. It's next door to a motel I normally stay. The salad taste really good.
Wendy's has always been my go to fast fooder. But as of late, they have decided to not want to be a go to fast food place. From Wendy's to Wendy's the available food differs, the servers range from OK to rude. Don't know whats going on with the organization, but its not good.
Went through the drive through and ordered a #1 with a root beer because the sprite wasn't working. After I got my order and tasted the fries, they were hot, but stale. I would say they were re-cooked or reheated, but I do not know for sure. However, the taste was definitely not fresh. My burger with everything was good... More
Well, it's a Wendy's. Not the world's best Wendy's, but beggars can't be choosers. This Wendy's is attached to the Pilot Travel/Gas Station in Richfield, Ohio. There's room to eat, but the vast majority of people (usually workers from the local office parks) jam the drive-thru at lunch time -- a kind of semi-controlled chaos that lasts from 11:30 to... More
Since this was the only place open around our hotel at Days Inn late at night after we arrived, we had to settle. They forgot one of our drinks, they forget salad dressing and the extras that came with the salad. They were more concerned about talking to the group of guys who came in than getting our order ready.
We've eaten here a couple of times in the last year. It was convenient to our location at the time. Food seemed ok, but the dining room could have used some cleaning. The trash needed emptied and there were flies around the trash cans. Would I eat here again, probably, but may get it to go.
I ordered a small chili, it came in a tiny bowl and tasted horrible! I thought they were known for their fries. The fries we got were cold and stale. It was one of the worst Wendy's visits I've ever had.
We stopped at Wendys before we got to the hotel for lunch. I think it's better than McDonald's. It's located inside a Pilot gas station which was very convenient. It was clean. We had to wait an extra 5 minutes for a chicken sandwich, we didn't mind and the manager brought it to our table.
