The first time we went to Cecil and Lime we loved it. The service was good and friendly and so was the food. We tried something new which was really good but a very small amount. The last couple of times we have went the service while friendly has been very slow and they were not even busy. Last night... More

Delicious food served by a great staff. There is often live music on Friday nights by wonderful local musicians. This is a hidden treasure!

IMO the best restaurant in Springfield. White table clothes, proper wait service. The bartender sits in at the piano when not mixing drinks and he is highly talented. The steaks are top shelf and the only entree we have tried. Properly crusted outside and inside as rare or pink as the customer desires. Perfection. All the meat is locally raised... More

Local gem. Great variety of food. Good service and cocktails. Live piano music and outdoor dining weather permitting. We enjoy our Christmas Eve dinner there every year.

Brought a large group for our once a year get together. I thought it would be nice to have dinner and catch up. It was so loud my ears hurt- they had a piano and a small band playing in a room that was never meant for it. We could not hear each other. At least 4 at the table... More

Good food, great service. Kind of pricey but it's a nicer restaurant than the others in Springfield. But if you want to have a nice date and enjoy some quiet time this is a nice place to go.

My husband and I went to Cecil and Lime for our 5th anniversary. Upon suggestions, we made reservations for Saturday night. The restaurant was not super busy, but there was a late Ohio State game and a torrential downpour. We ordered prime rib. I got the asparagus lobster risotto and my husband ordered the boiled red potatoes. The food took... More

My wife and I visited our son and daughter-in-law in Springfield, OH. In a prior phone call we asked that they pick a nice quiet nearby restaurant. They picked a place called CECIL and LIME CAFE. Usually, I try to visualize a place by the name. Quite often that means NOTHING. I was blank until arrival. We arrived at 4;45... More

I was visiting my mother in Springfield and decided I wanted a glass of wine. I only knew of one place in town that had a wine selection, so I went to Cecil and Lime. I went alone and sat at the bar. I ordered a glass of wine and an appetizer. I spent the majority of my time texting... More

The staff at Cecil and Lime are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the wine selection. The food was perfect! Amazing steaks but also some great vegetarian options. My favorite place in Springfield. Ask for Joshua.
