I was in the mood for a burger. I know this is a chain but it is a small chain and have never seen one outside of Oklahoma. I had a cheeseburger with (Johnnie's sauce) and some onion rings. Onion rings- great. Cheeseburger-didn't care for the sauce. It also had way too much cheese. Other than that it was good.... More

We live in Texas but are from this area. One of our must go to places when in town visiting is Johnnies. The smell, the flavors and the atmosphere is always good. Love their tea with orange and lemons! Yum!

I have eaten at the Johnnie's in Edmond for years. Also, most of the other Johnnie's in the area for over 20 years. It used to be the best place to go but now it is just not as good. The hamburgers are not always hot and seem to have little taste. The fries are greasy and often undercooked. HOWEVER,... More

We really like Johnnies. We're familiar with a lot of the staff here since we come often. The onion rings are to-die-for, and we often take advantage of their half-price drink happy hour. We like the potatoes (ask for them uncut), salads, fries and tea!

Moved to Colorado from Edmond in 97... Wished l could take Johnnies with us. I have traveled far and wide and search for decent burgers, read this, Johnnies charcoaled burgers have never been equaled. Their smoke sauce is always in my fridge, my grill is always ready... But no dice... Johnnies Burgers cannot be replicated. The Split-T, now gone, made... More

Very average burger. Nothing to recommend or talk bad about just an average burger adequately prepared.

When we come to town to visit family, our 1st stop is Johnnie's! The service is always good and the burgers/fries/onion rings are very tasty! Everything is fresh and cooked when ordered. I like its old school cafe style atmosphere. Plenty of parking and seating.

I went to the Johnnies on 33rd St. The food was outstanding as usual. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. My problem was their consideration. There was a large group of Sr citizens waiting and since I was by myself they were kind enough to let me go ahead (they asked me). I was 2nd in line when they opened.... More

We have eaten here numerous times and it is always great. Took The in-laws today and they thought it was the best onion rings they had ever eaten. All the food is fresh and good.

Went here after church after hearing what a wonderful place it is. Seriously disappointed - very slow service, food served cold and over cooker, very tasteless and over priced. I cannot think of a single reason to go back to eat cold fried burnt meat and stand in line to do it. Avoid this place.
