Marla's has been in Guymon forever. The location has changed several times over the years but the food has remained fairly consistent. Food is mostly Tex-Mex. Try the Green Chile Chicken Fried Steak.

After a long morning of driving north through the Panhandle of Texas, and through the hard scrabble town of Dalhart, we weren't expecting anything special for lunch. Then we discovered this little gem in Guymon. What a surprise!
