Worth the wait outside. Everything on menu is good. I really like the sausage and the pancakes. If you see less than five people outside waiting don't worry it's maybe a 20 min wait

We went to try out a local breakfast place here in town. Great flavors and the latte was good. The Motuleno and breakfast burrito was delish! Large portions. Salsa can be more spicer.

Fantastic coffee and food is even better. We had the Migallas, the Puerto Barrios, among others and they were great. We went for a Sunday brunch and had about a 30 minute wait, they don't take reservations- but well worth the wait.

This is not a delicate, small plates, fussy sort of restaurant. It's much like a diner but with fantastic, soul-satisfying Central American food. The refried black beans are especially good, tasting of bacon or lard (not sure which ) and lime; I loved the plantains, and the potatoes were crisp and flavorful. Portions are really huge, so bring an appetite.... More

This was my third time in the past few months to take a friend to this amazing spot. I love taking people here for the first time and sharing this awesome spot! It's an OKC gem that never disappoints. I'm always so pleased with the food and service! I LOVE the motulenos and the specialty hot teas.

I live in the area and have heard of Kacao. One Sunday we stopped by around 11a. There was a line out the door and we were told it would be an hour wait. We decided to go elsewhere. A friend told us to go early about 15 min before they open at 9. It was 20 degrees outside and... More

My daughter loves this place so we had to try it. I had the omelet ranchero it was great very generous portions. Most meals come with a soup appetizer and fried plantains which was something new but, interestingly different. We did have to wait about 20 minutes to be seated it was lunch time and very crowded. Service was good... More

If you eat here, please know that everyone in your group must be together at hostess stand. If one person is missing, you will be asked to step to the side until the one person arrives. They open at 8:00 am and most likely will have a line out the door before 10:00. The waiter we had was fabulous! Can... More

The menu had so many delicious sounding items it was hard to pick. Pupusas, fried Plantains, omelettes, oatmeal, french toast and much more. If you're not feeling adventurous there's some basic things like the oatmeal and French toast or a breakfast sandwich. If you want to try something new you will not be disappointed, there are many wonderful choices. And... More

Ate here with my little ones and husband. They do not have a kids menu and the food prices are different than online, as well as being charged a different price than was stated on the menu. The food was fresh and tasted pretty good. The plantains were soggy compared to the crisp, fried plantains I came to enjoy in... More
