Zio's is great, in general. The kitchen at this Zio's gets overwhelmed at primetime and the delays create subprime dining experiences because the kitchen and wait staff get sloppy. The wait times at prime time on weekends are in excess of 90 minutes. At off peak times, food is pushed out nicely.
I worked at this location 17 years ago while in college. Through the years, I have been back a few times since moving home. Last few years, I noticed a knock off in quality. Slow but sure. This last weekend, I took my kids, their two friends and myself on a Friday night. I know Bricktown's business has really fallen... More
The food here was good but not as great as I remember. The service as well was good but nothing exceptional. It seems like the food and service have diminished at the chain as a whole in the last few years. Not bad by any means but nothing spectacular or worth remembering.
We were in town for a National Wrestling Tournament and took our daughter to Zoo's to "fuel up". The restaurant is located on a beautiful river walk in a private location. We never expected such great service that went over and beyond. Our waitress what phenomenal!! I had requested a different cheese for my salad and she not only brought... More

The entree was Chicken Piccata that was tender, very well prepared, and delicious. We finished with a classic tiramisu, which was very good, albeit a bit too cold... More
I ordered the Chicken Marsala and it was great. We had a large group and it didn't feel like we had to wait too terribly long for our food. Them trying to bring out all the orders was a bit crazy, but we understood because of the size of our team. They still managed to get everything right and the... More
I went with a friend for girls night out - were told it would be 40 minutes wait - we ordered a drink from the bar and within 10 mins. we were being seated at our table. The Waiter was very pleasant - when we had decided we would order and each could try some of the others meal the... More
We visit this Zio's whenever we have meetings in OKC, they have amazing service, and Travis is the man, you think how does this man keep it all straight, but he does, great personal service. Food is great and priced right. We tend to submit our order the day before which allows them to prepare and they really do. Can't... More
