We went in to Mingo for a late lunch. Very nice dining area. We had their daily risotto and a salad with chicken on it. Both excellent. Their wine special was really good as well. Would highly recommend Mingo.

This is a second time to Mingos. It is in a very modern upscale area of Beaverton where Tri Met has a station. Food is presented in a very attractive fashion. We both had the salmon dish and it was very good.
